All State Information and Registration

Greetings, everyone!

The online registration module for All-State is officially up and running. Please pass the following information on to your membership pertaining to this year's registration process, and encourage all of your directors to register their students ASAP:

1) The link to start the process is on the TMEA All-State page, right at the top (under the pictures). The address is http://tnmea.org/All_State.aspx

2) VERY IMPORTANT: If anyone has any difficulties (such as not knowing their username, needing to reset password, or something just isn't working), they should email Terry Sanford at webmaster@tnmea.org or at trsanford@gmail.com. Please DO NOT contact him at terry-sanford@utc.edu. He will respond as quickly as possible.

3) All directors should register their alternates, including their current alternate ranking. If the rank changes, it can be corrected later.

4) The deadline for choral director / student registration for All-State is TUESDAY, MARCH 1.

5) More information about completing the regional control form and submitting payment will be sent to the regional All-State chairs once registration has closed.

Thanks for your help with this. I am going to work very hard to ensure that the registration process runs seamlessly this year. Please let me know if you have any questions about the process. Let the games begin!
